Frequently Asked Questions
General
How can I tell if a bead from an aromatic bracelet is authentic?
Simple! Authenic aromatic beads won’t dissolve spontaneously when you soak them into water. However, the surface of beads will get adhesive as you do so. After being immersed in water for 48+ hours, beads will disintegrate, again, not dissolve. You might find it suprising that the susbstance in your water can be reshaped manually into a new bead！
On the contrary, beads contains aritificial ingredients (especially like glue) either won’t change under the same condition or be crushed easily, losing the sticky property.
How long can the scent of our products lasts?
It varies from one to another individual. Generally speaking, the scent may fade in six months, but will never dissipate 🙂
What can I do to maintain the condition of our aromatic products?
The very first thing needs making sure is to avoid direct contact with water, oil and sweat. If this unfortunately
happens, clean it with a piece of dry cloth before leaving it in a dry environment for a while. Caution: No air-drying !
Consistent exposure to these substances might lead to tiny cracks which do not affect the function of products. This is normal but if you do want to avoid these, follow the instruction above！
Is there any artifical coloring in the aromatic beads?
No. We only use natural coloring extracted from minerals. We promise that they are 100% safe to human and never undergo chemical treatment to make them look “nicer”.
I have allergies/sensitivities, Can I use these products?
Sure! Buying an adorable aromatic ornament will never concede to allergies/sensitivities! Uses such as hanging it over the hook attached to the wardrobe will do the same job as wearing it around your wrist 🙂 i.e. Sniffing the scent is good enough for the sake of its effects.
